Structure of Residential Multistory Buildings of Infinity Towers Project with Service Floors, for Srway Bahar Company, in 2024 – As Sulaymaniyah

Note: The Project is in the mobilization stage and will start by start of the new year (2024)

Tasks:
Supplying an average of 60 personnel per day with all needed tools and machines to construct the structural works of the project.

Size:
(4) residential buildings, (31) stories height, (850 m2) building area for each floor, with (5) service floors of (8000 m2) building area

Systems and Components:
The residential buildings are structural frames with (RC Flat Slab) supported by (Shear Walls) and sitting on an (RC Raft Foundation), and the service floors are (RC Solid Slabs) supported by RC columns and sitting on an (RC Raft Foundation).

Supervision
The project is being supervised by the engineers from both of Srway Bahar company (as Client).
