Structure of Extension Building of Sheikh Fakher Educational Centre in Sulaymaniyah for Qaiwan Company, in 2018 – As Sulaymaniyah

Tasks:
Supplying an average of 40 personnel per day with all needed tools and machines and all materials to construct the structural items for the extension building of Sheikh Fakher Educational Centre.

Size:
- Land area (1567 m2).

- Three stories with (1515 m2) building area constructed with 2 joints, and

- A penthouse with (202 m2) building area.

Systems and Components:
The project is a structural frame with two joints and 3 main stories, and the main components are,

- RC Raft Foundation

- RC Columns

- RC Slabs (a joint with RC Solid Slab the other with RC Flat Slab with Drop Panels)

Supervision
The project is supervised by the engineers from both of Qaiwan company (as Client) and Sharo Engineering Office (as Project Supervision Engineering Office).
