Earth Works of Solid Steel Factory and Civil Works of Rolling Mill Hall, for Solid Quality Company, in 2022 – Kifri

Tasks:
Supplying all the machines and Equipment for preparing, cutting and filling of the project site, supplying an average of 30 personnel per day with all needed tools and machines and all the construction materials to construct the civil works of Rolling Mill civil works.

Size:
- Area of the project site is (249,293 m2)

- Total quantity of cutting is (402,352 m3)

- Total quantity of filling is (104,204 m3).
- The Rolling Mill Hall area is (16,749 m2) which is contain:

   (170) RC Single Footings

   (163) RC Pedestals

   (702 m) length RC Tie Teams, and

   (567 m) length RC Walls.

Systems and Components:
The Rolling Mill Hall consists of:

- RC Single Footings

- RC Pedestals

- RC Tie Beams

- RC Walls on exterior tie beams.

Supervision
The project is supervised by the engineers from both of Solid Quality company (as Client).
