Civil Works of First Phase of Wheat Marketing Project (Flour Mill Factory), for Qaiwan Company, in 2021 – As Sulaymaniyah

Tasks:
Supply an average of 90 personnel per day with all needed tools and machines and all the construction materials to construct the civil works of the project.

Size:
- (12) Silo Foundations with (25.3) meters diameter.

- Tunnels under the silos with (306) meter length.

- Flour Mill Factory with two joints, and (2846 m2) building area 

Systems and Components:

- The silo foundations are RC Raft Foundations

- The Tunnels are RC Raft Faoundations and RC Walls, where the silo foundations sit on the walls

- the flour mill factory is a structural frame divided by (5) joints with the following main components:
   RC Raft Foundation

   RC Columns

   RC Solid Slabs

Supervision
The project is supervised by the engineers from both of Qaiwan company (as Client).
