Structure of 50 Villas in Zone 3 of Slemani Heights Project for Qaiwan Company, in 2020 – As Sulaymaniyah

Tasks:
Supplying an average of 80 personnel per day with all needed tools and machines and all materials to construct the structural items for 50 residential villas.

Size:
(50) Villas of Type (H) with (204 m2) land area and (294 m2) building area, consisting of two floors and a mechanical room.

Systems and Components:
The structure of the villas is (Masonry Load Bearing Wall Supporting RC Slabs), and the main components of the system are:

- RC Raft Foundation

- RC DPC Beam

- Load Bearing Walls (Aso Brick Type F for ground and first floor walls and Load Bearing Hollow Concrete Blocks for mechanical room)

- RC Tie Beams above all walls of ground first floor walls, and

- RC Slab for ground and first floors and mechanical room.

Supervision
The project is supervised by the engineers from both of Qaiwan company (as Client) and Sharo Engineering Office (as Project Supervision Engineering Office).
