Earth works and Structure of Residential Houses in Green Town Project for Lanya Company, in 2025 – Penjwen

Tasks:
Supplying machines and equipment to execute earth works of the project, then supplying an average of 40 personnel per day with all needed tools and machines and all materials to construct the structural items for residential houses.

Size:

Land area of the project is more than (143000 m2)
Houses with (150 m2) land area and (107 m2) building area, consisting of one floor.

Systems and Components:
The structure of the villas is (Masonry Load Bearing Wall Supporting RC Slabs), and the main components of the system are:
- RC Raft Foundation
- Load Bearing Walls (Hollow Concrete Blocks)
- RC Lintels above all walls of ground floor walls
- RC Slab for ground floor.

Supervision
The project is supervised by the engineers from both of Lanya company (as Client) and Nod Engineering Office (as Project Supervision Engineering Office).
