Structure of Residential Multistory Buildings of Al-Rawan Project with Car Parking Floor, for Qaiwan Company, in 2021 - Baghdad

Tasks:
Supplying an average of 50 personnel per day with tower crane, formwork and all needed tools and machines to construct RC tunnel structure of residential building and the car parking floor.

Size:
The project consists of (8) residential buildings with (730 m2) building area and (18) stories, with one car parking floor of (3,733 m2) building area.

Systems and Components:
The residential buildings are structural tunnel frames, and the main components are:

- RC Flat Slab

- Shear Walls

- RC Raft Foundation

And the parking floor is a structural frame, and the main components are:

- RC Flat Slab with Drop Panels

- RC Columns

- RC Raft Foundation

Supervision
The project is supervised by the engineers from both of Qaiwan company (as Client) and the Project Supervision Engineering Office.
