Structure of Residential Multistory Buildings of Qaiwan Heights Project, for Qaiwan Company, in 2021 – As Sulaymaniyah

Tasks:
Supplying an average of 55 personnel per day (with tower crane and formwork and all needed tools and machines) and all the materials to construct RC tunnel structure of residential building.

Size:
(B27) and (B28) residential buildings:

- (14) stories height

- Total building area (13,500 m2) for building.

Systems and Components:
The residential buildings are structural tunnel frames, and the main components are:

- RC Flat Slab

- Shear Walls

- RC Raft Foundation

Supervision
The project is supervised by the engineers from both of Qaiwan company (as Client).
